Terms and Conditions

Please note, we have included these terms and conditions because we have to, to protect both us and you. However, please do not think we won't always do our very best to put problems right for you, because we will. Things go wrong, that is a fact, we will make mistakes, but we will always put things right when we do.


So, here's the boring bit:

Orders will be completed within 2 weeks. In the unlikely event that this is not going to be possible (due to supplier delays or other problems that are out of our hands) we will contact you to offer an alternative product or a full refund.

Cancellation of orders that are not personalised can be made up until the date the item is posted. We cannot offer cancellation of products that have been personalised once the work has started so please contact us as soon as possible.

Dissatisfaction once a product is received is difficult to  legislate for. Aluminium is a light metal. Hand stamping is not exact and each piece will have quirks and differences, little dents from the stamps or slight spacing variations. So it really depends on why you are dissatisfied! Please do get in touch if you are unhappy for any reason.

Postage is via Royal Mail. We have had very few issues with Royal Mail and keep our costs down by sending most items by large letter post. However, this means we trust you implicitly not to say you haven't received an item. If the item doesn't arrive we will of course send another - but please be honest! It hurts small businesses when people pretend not to have received something to get it for free. 

It is your responsibility to check your spellings, dates, sizes, and to order the correct product. Please check these carefully. Please also check the address to send it to and to note any other details Or special instructions. We can only make what you ask us to make.
